HiMAT Highly Manoeuvrable Aircraft Technology demonstrator. Rockwell has developed this remotely piloted. 44 per cent scale, model of a 17, 000 lb(7, 700 kg) fighter for NASA and the US Air Force, and two examples weighing some 3, 300 lb(1, 496 kg) each are now being flight tested from the NASA Dryden Flight Research Centre in California.
