Il convient de classer aussi parmi les tribunaux arbitraux collégiaux les tribunaux arbitraux mixtes (T.A.M.) créés par les traités de paix de 1919. Chacun d'eux était composé de deux nationaux respectifs des Etats en litige et présidé par un neutre désigné par ceux-ci ou, à défaut de leur accord, par le Conseil de la S.D.N. Ils avaient pour compétence de régler les litiges ayant pour origine les mesures exceptionnelles prises pendant la guerre par les gouvernements ennemis contre les biens des ressortissants alliés.
