Documento contable, para tratados no-proporcionales, mediante el cual la reasegurada notifica al reasegurador las primas realmente suscritas y los siniestros soportados, sobre el negocio para el cual ha obtenido cobertura. Sobre dichas primas totales, se aplica la tasa fija o variable (en este último caso, en función de la siniestralidad) estipulada en contrato, siendo el resultado el precio real de la cobertura a percibir por el reasegurador. No obstante, a este importe hay que deducir las primas abonadas anticipadamente por el reasegurado, en función del sistema estipulado en el contrato.
