Hatching troughs are usually made of sheets of aluminium or stainless steel; their dimensions vary, but they are segmented by partitions across the middle, each segment having a drain and an inlet pipe. The segments make it possible to separate eggs in different stages of development. The eggs are kept in 7. 5 cm deep baskets, made of 0. 6 cm meshed hardware cloth and suspended by wire from the side of the trough, so that the water line is below the top of the basket.... Excluding raw material cost, durum wheat protein requirements in the pasta industry will vary, depending upon processing systems, manufacturers’ quality philosophy, consumer demands, product line, raw material availability, blending capabilities(with common wheat or wheat of differing origins), etc. In general, however, a minimum protein content for durum wheat destined for pasta manufacturing is about 14 to 15 percent dry matter basis. Due to loss of protein during the milling process, the corresponding semolina protein content would be 13 to 14 percent dry matter basis. 2, record 3, English, - minimum%20protein%20content

4, record 6, French, - d%C3%A9sentrelacement%20adaptatif%20du%20mouvement

Of the standards surveyed, measurement procedures for evaluating the resolution of a visual display involve luminance modulation or line-width measurements. There is some agreement among the standards that resolution measurements be performed in a darkened room with test patterns displayed at the maximum luminance. For color displays, resolution measurements of tricolor white are usually required, and line width is measured at the full-width-half-maximum of the luminance profile. However, line-width measurement methods vary in several ways. Most standards specify line width to be measured across one-pixel wide lines, while others specify character stroke width to be measured across a variety of text characters of various pixel widths including "M, ""H, "and "m. "Standards intended for testing stand-alone CRTs exclude video amplifier effects on line width by restricting the measurement to raster scan lines. 1, record 7, English, - character%20stroke%20width

Vegetation monitoring has been one of the main focal points of remote sensing study since remote sensing research began. Many vegetation indices, using red and infrared reflectance, have been devised. The Perpendicular Vegetation Index(PVI), Ratio Index and Normalized Vegetation Index are among the well known indices of this type. The Perpendicular Vegetation Index, proposed by Richardson and Wiegand(1977), was defined as the distance from the soil line on a scatter plot of near infrared(NIR) versus red reflectance. The pixel vectors of bare land in such plots vary with soil moisture content. The PVI was developed as a vegetation index to effectively monitor the vegetation biomass without being affected by differences in soil background. 3, record 9, English, - perpendicular%20vegetation%20index

The 3-way hybrid involves a total of 3 inbred lines. Two inbreds are first used to generate a single cross hybrid. The single cross hybrid is then used as the female parent in a cross with a third inbred line, resulting in the 3-way cross. As with the double-cross hybrid, individuals in the population of the 3-way cross are not all the same genetically, and thus vary phenotypically. Seed is cheaper than for the single cross hybrid, for the female parent from which the 3-way hybrid seed is harvested is a single cross hybrid. 4, record 11, English, - double%20cross
