Phyllodes tumor. Previously known as "cystosarcoma phyllodes", this neoplasm is a bulky, fibroma-like tumor (i,e,, made up of proliferative ducts and stroma) having on cross section numerous clefts and slits creating leaflike [phyllodes] patterns of intervening tumor. Phyllodes tumors can be very large, causing breast distortion and pressure necrosis of overlying skin. These lesions can be either malignant (uncommon) or benign (common). Changes suggesting malignant potential include increased cellularity, anaplasia, high mitotic activity, and overgrowth of the stromal component. 1, record 1, English, - phyllodes%20tumor
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
The term cystosarcoma phyllodes is a poor one, as both benign and malignant variants of the lesion occur, but it is well established in the medical literature. 3, record 1, English, - phyllodes%20tumor

Tumeur phyllode. 3, record 1, French, - tumeur%20phyllode
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
4, record 1, French, - tumeur%20phyllode
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 OBS
