IN: This is the basic in pattern. You go up the field then cut in toward the center of the field at a sharp angle. If on other side, just reverse it. Sometimes this is also known as a drag [pattern].

In route or drag pattern. Often today, an in route is called a drag pattern. This play requires the receiver to run a couple of steps downfield, then turn and run parallel to the line of scrimmage towards the center of the field. The drag pattern is used in the West Coast offense a lot, allowing receivers to catch the ball safely and then run after the catch. Speedy receivers who don’t mind running through linebacker territory also run in-routes.

Rules : There are 3 teams, each with a different color jersey.... There are 4 players on each team... The players on the defensive teams form a square around the ball. This same square constantly follows all the movements of the ball. Each player is responsible for a corner of the square and is situated about 10-12 feet from the ball. The ball starts in the middle and one team sets up a serve. The serving formation is as follows; 2-4 players kneel down facing each other with heads down and arms outstretched. The ball is placed on their outstretched arms. The server approaches the ball and says "Omnikin" and another color(example : Omnikin Red!) before striking the ball with the fist in an upward motion. When the color is announced and the ball is in the air, the corresponding team must catch the ball before it hits the ground. If successful, that team sets up the serve immediately. If the team does not catch the ball before it touches the ground, then one point is awarded to each of the other teams on the court and that same team serves the ball.

The ... terms "Kin-Ball" and "Omnikin" are respectively referring to "KIN-BALL® sport" and "OMNIKIN®" which are trademarks used with the authorization of OMNIKIN inc., which possesses all the rights.

Ce qu'il faut pour jouer au Kin-Ball® : Un gymnase, un ballon léger et surdimensionné (1,22 mètres de diamètre!) [et] trois équipes de quatre joueurs [...] Les règles du jeu sont simples. Chaque équipe porte des dossards d’une couleur différente. L’équipe qui détient le ballon doit attaquer l’une des deux équipes adverses en l’appelant par sa couleur. Basket : this is the version known in the USA and Macao as Jai Alai. In Basque it's called saski-pilota(literally : basket-ball) and cesta-punta in Spanish. It uses a special glove that extends into a long pointed curved basket(hence the name), no more than 60 cm long in straight line nor 110 cm by curved line. Rubber ball. The players use it to catch the ball and propel it back against the main court. Again, only for men.

Zesta Punta is played with a wicker basket approximately 63 to 70 cm long. The ball weighs about 125 gr and is covered with parchment skin. This kind of pelota is played in a fronton called Jai-Alai and is characterized by the speed of the pelota.

Jai-Alai (pronounced hi-lie in English and hi-ah-lie in Basque) means "Merry Festival" in the Basque language. The term is used to denote a fronton (or open-walled arena) used to play a variety of Pelota called Cesta Punta, and, more broadly, to the game itself.

The baseball pass is most often used to advance the ball up the floor. The ball is held with both hands on the ball, one on either side with the throwing hand usually a little higher on the ball. The ball is cocked up near the ear to aid in a quick release. The passers hand must be BEHIND the ball so the pass doesn’t have too much side spin, making it hard to catch. The pass is made over the defense, leading the receiver.

The basic blocks are the cross-body block, in which the body is thrown across the opponent’s thighs, and the shoulder block, in which the shoulder does the work. It is permissible to block a player from a position in front of, or to the side of, him, but not use his hands, but the defensive player may use his to ward off or escape the blocker.

A variation of football played usually with 6 or 9 players to a side in which blocking is allowed but tackling is not and in which a defensive player must remove a flag from the ballcarrier's clothing to stop play. Each team is given 4 downs in which to score or lose possession of the ball, and each member of a team is eligible to catch a forward pass. All players wear flags usually attached to special belts, but sometimes the game is played with handkerchiefs hanging from hip pockets instead of with the special flags.
