The CGSB, which has played an active role in the standardization of government forms, established the CGSB Committee on the Standardization of Forms Management in 2001. The committee, comprised of representatives from jurisdictions(federal, provincial, municipal and regional), various business lines as well as industry specialists(for example, banks and pharmaceutical), is developing the Forms Management Standard for Canada.

L'ONGC, qui a participé activement à la normalisation de formulaires gouvernementaux, a mis sur pied le Comité de l'ONGC sur la gestion normalisée des formulaires en 2001. Le comité, qui est composé de représentants d'administrations publiques (fédérale, provinciales, municipales et régionales) de différents secteurs d'activités ainsi que de spécialistes de l'industrie (notamment des banques et des entreprises pharmaceutiques), est en voie d'élaborer la Norme canadienne sur la gestion des formulaires.
