[Citizen Advocacy Montreal' s goal is to pair] persons who have an intellectual disability with volunteers in order to improve their quality of life, break their isolation, develop their independence and promote their social integration. [They do this by pairing, ] training and [supervising] volunteer godfathers/godmothers, [and following]-up on the relationship [and the] development of social skills(people with intellectual disabilities).
