Star City is a highly restricted military facility northeast of Moscow... Chkalovskoye/Airport Chkalovskiy airfield, where cosmonauts have been trained at the Gagarin Cosmonauts Training Centre(GCTC) since the 1960s. In the Soviet era the town was a highly confidential and secured area, isolated from the rest of the world. Today, many Russian cosmonauts live in Star City with their families. The town has its own post office, shops, railway station and a museum of space travel.

La cité des étoiles est un complexe militaire au nord-est de Moscou. Elle accueille le centre d'entraînement des cosmonautes Gagarine. Depuis les années 1960, tous les cosmonautes y ont préparé leurs vols spatiaux. À l'époque soviétique la ville était secrète, très sévèrement gardée et isolée du reste du monde. De nos jours, de nombreux cosmonautes russes vivent dans la cité des étoiles avec leurs familles.

La Ciudad de las Estrellas es un pequeño pueblo al noreste de Moscú, donde los cosmonautas se entrenan en el Cenro Gagarin de entrenamiento de cosmonautas (CGEC). Desde los años 1960 todos los cosmonautas se preparan allí para misiones espaciales. Durante los tiempos de la Unión Soviética la ciudad era una zona confidencial y altamente protegida, aislada del resto del mundo. Hoy en día, muchos cosmonautas rusos viven en la Ciudad de la Estrellas con sus familias.

The stellar explosions are among the most energetic events in the universe ... They are the dominant source of all elements in the periodic table heavier than oxygen ... The dynamics of an exploding star, involving things like fluid flow and radiation transport, are described in equations known as partial differential equations.

A supernova is a violent stellar explosion which destroys a star, while ejecting the products of nuclear burning into the gas between stars. The energy for some supernova explosions comes from the collapse of a massive star to a compact neutron star, with the mass of the Sun, but the size of a city. Elements out of which the Earth is formed had their origin in ancient supernova explosions in our own Milky Way Galaxy.

Si l'explosion stellaire n'est pas très violente, l'étoile observée prend le nom de «flare star». Dans le cas contraire, on assiste à la naissance d'une nova ou d'une supernova.

Un astrónomo [...] captó la imagen de una estrella en el momento de su explosión, y el Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) piensa que puede ser "un nuevo tipo de explosión estelar". La imagen captada permite observar el "eco de luz" alejándose de la estrella [...] El fenómeno del "eco de luz" captado por los astrónomos es muy poco frecuente, y se produce cuando tras la explosión de una estrella, la energía producida crea una burbuja de luz que se expande a gran velocidad y que en el caso de esta estrella provocó que su luminosidad aumentara 10.000 veces en apenas unas semanas, explica el IAC.

The elevators’s spotting capacity, i.e., the elevators ability to receive a given number of rail cars at any one time, limits the number of cars that cars that can be allocated.

NSG, a processor and shipper of bulk peas, has two active facilities-one at Melfort, Saskatchewan, where there is capacity for 18 grain cars to be delivered at one time, and another at Star City, Saskatchewan, which has the capability to receive 10 grain cars per delivery. NSG also occasionally ships from its non-operational plant at Whittome, Saskatchewan, which has a spotting capacity of 4 cars. At each of these facilities, CN is the sole railway company providing service.
