The Business Systems Section develops, enhances, implements, maintains and supports the systems and processes required to manage the resources and to account for the financial status of "E" Division. Its activities include : managing changes required due to new technologies and processes in corporate management; developing unique systems for business functions(finance, planning, contracting, asset management, internal control, interface with human resources systems) to fill gaps in current business processes until addressed by change management; providing expert business systems advice; monitoring business systems’ performance and capacity; developing and delivering training on corporate management business functions, such as financial management and asset management; advancing Modern Comptrollership and the Financial Information Strategy(FIS).
