Attneave sur ce même sujet; il s’agit de «In Defense of Homunculi», publié dans Sensory Communication(Cambridge, Mass. : MIT Press, 1960, pp. 777-782), de W. Rosenblith. Pour sa part, William Lycan soutient la cause des homoncules dans «Form, Function, and Feel», paru dans le Journal of Philosophy(vol. 78,(1), 1981, pp. 24-50).
