The Office of Workplace Health and Human Resources Modernization (WHAHRM) is responsible for the overall management and administration of the departmental WHAHRM Initiative. This includes the: Development of an integrated departmental action plan to enhance workplace health and modernize human resources management, and Design and delivery of a long-term strategy to support its implementation. A key role for the Office is the monitoring and evaluation of the activities undertaken to implement the WHAHRM Action Plan as part of the performance measurement framework for the WHAHRM Initiative. Le Bureau de la santé en milieu de travail et modernisation des ressources humaines est responsable, dans l'ensemble, de la gestion et de l'administration de l'initiative ministérielle de la SMTMRH. Health Canada, Planning and Corporate Management Practices Directorate. The Branch Operations and Coordination Division is responsible for Branch Strategic Planning; Branch Human Resources Strategy; and Branch integrated planning which includes operational, human resources and other corporate functions, in consultation with directorate planners; develops and improves on processes and tools; monitors, analyses and summarizes mid-year and year-end reviews. It coordinates and develops the Directorate responses to departmental planning and reporting activities such as the Departmental Performance Report, the Report on Plans and Priorities, and the Departmental Integrated Planning. The Division manages for the Directorate, leads for the Branch, working in partnership with colleagues across the branch to review, analyze and report on activities such as awards and recognition, learning and development, special events, branch all staff meetings, workplace health, diversity and employment equity, Public Service Employee Survey, internal communications, and the intranet.
