Selon un spécialiste de l'Hôpital général de Montréal, il est plutôt rare de voir le qualificatif anglais "rigid" accolé au terme "cerebral palsy". On dit plutôt "spastic", et en français "paralysie cérébrale spastique", terme d’ailleurs proposé par un spécialiste d’un autre hôpital.
