Renommée partout au monde pour son canard du lac Brome, la ville de Knowlton (Lac-Brome) a déjà débuté ses préparatifs pour la troisième édition de son festival de rue automnal jumelé, comme il se doit, au festival Le Canard du lac Brome en fête. Les activités sont organisées au parc Coldbrook et sur la rue Lakeside qui sera convertie en voie piétonnière. Au programme : dégustations de canard et autres produits régionaux, démonstrations par des chefs, musique, artisans, amuseurs publics et animation pour les enfants. Un marché de fermiers offrira des produits du Québec. Évidemment, des mets aux canard seront offerts dans les restaurants partout dans le village.
