Ionisation par désorption de champ (...) L'échantillon en solution est déposé sur un fil de tungstène de 10 micromètres de diamètre revêtu d'un réseau serré de micro-aiguilles (dendrites) en Co, Ni, SiO2, C (...) On applique ensuite en chauffant une tension d'environ 10 kV entre le fil et une contre-électrode (...) On obtient surtout des ions pseudo-moléculaires (M+H)[exposant]+ ou d'espèces cationiques (M+cat)[exposant]+ par interactions avec la surface et très peu de fragmentation.
