Subject field(s)
  • Compartment - Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
OBS

The Informal Conflict Management Program (ICMP) is designed to help all employees work through conflict (e.g. grievances, harassment or group conflict situation) in an efficient manner, by offering confidential services, such as intake and referral, conflict coaching, facilitated discussions, mediation and some group processes. Employees are encouraged to consider informal methods prior to utilizing the formal systems, as intervening early in a conflict situation, and at the lowest level, will provide the best chance to resolve issues and prevent conflict escalation.

  • Tiroir - Gendarmerie royale du Canada (GRC)
OBS
