La théorie derrière le populaire «régime paléo» est [...] séduisante [...] : le système digestif humain a évolué pendant des millions d'années pour s'adapter à l'alimentation de nos ancêtres chasseurs-cueilleurs de la préhistoire. Alors en principe, le régime idéal pour les humains modernes devrait être celui qui s'en approche le plus, non? Mais que mangeaient-ils, au juste, les hommes et les femmes des cavernes?
